Practical information

  • All room rates are included with breakfast.
  • Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel.
  • Breakfast is daily served from 9:00 – 11:00.
  • Our restaurant is open from Wednesday till Sunday from 09:00 – 21.00. On Monday and Tuesday, the restaurant closes at 11:00 a.m.
  • Due to the corona measures, we currently work with 1.5 hour time slots for dinner. It is possible to make a reservation from 18:00 – 19:30, from 18:30 – 20:00 or from 19:00 – 20:30.
  • It is possible to have one additional baby bed in your hotel room. This should always be requested at the time of booking as this is only possible in certain rooms.
  • Check-in on the day of arrival is possible between 15:00 – 18:00.
  • Check-out on the day of departure is possible between 9:00 -11:00.
  • Arrivals and departures are not possible on Mondays and Tuesdays.
  • One parking space per room is included in the price.
  • We offer a parking area for our hotel guests, 300 metres from the hotel. You will need a key to enter our parking area, which can be collected from the reception desk in our restaurant. We would suggest you unload your luggage at the same time. We will give you directions to the parking area. You can park your car from 13:00 on the day of arrival and leave your car in our car park until noon on the day of departure.
  • Pets are not allowed in our hotel and restaurant.
  • A non-smoking policy applies throughout our hotel and restaurant. This means that smoking is not allowed on the balconies of our hotel rooms and in the hotel’s and restaurant’s outdoor areas.

General Terms & Conditions
The Uniforme Voorwaarden Horeca Nederland (Uniform Terms & Conditions for the Hospitality Industry in the Netherlands) apply to all our bookings. They can be downloaded from www.khn.nl. Please note that the following cancellation terms & conditions nullify any other terms & conditions mentioned in the uniform terms & conditions.

 

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

The following cancellation terms & conditions apply to direct bookings made through a direct channel, i.e. by telephone, email or online on our website.

External booking channels, such as Booking.com and the Zeeland Tourist Office, apply their own terms & conditions. For cancellations via such booking channels, please contact the relevant organisation. The terms & conditions under which you have made the booking with that organisation always apply. Unfortunately, we cannot honour special requests to reduce cancellation costs.

Conditions for cancellation:

  1. In case of cancellation more than 1 month before the Commencement Date, the Customer is not obliged to pay any money to the Hotel Establishment.
  2. In case of cancellation more than 14 days before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 15% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.
  3. In case of cancellation more than 7 days before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 35% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.
  4. In case of cancellation more than 3 days before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 60% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.
  5. In case of cancellation more than 24 hours before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 85% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.
  6. In case of cancellation 24 hours or less before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 100% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.

In case of a no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged to your credit card. If you leave earlier than the reserved check-out date, we will charge 100% of the total booking sum.
